Seda arvutatakse umbes 40 Euroopa panga keskmise intressim\u00e4\u00e4ra alusel. Seega kujuneb euribor suurima k\u00e4ibe ja k\u00f5rgeima krediidireitinguga pankade kokkuleppe alusel. Eestis kasutatakse euribori suuremate laenude ehk eluasemelaenude ja teiste h\u00fcpoteeklaenude v\u00e4ljastamisel, mis on seotud kindla perioodiga. \u00dcldjuhul v\u00f5etakse selliste laenude aluseks 6 kuu euribor. M\u00e4\u00e4ratud perioodi m\u00f6\u00f6dudes arvutatakse uuesti laenu intressim\u00e4\u00e4r, l\u00e4htudes kehtivast euriborist.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kodulaenude andmisel j\u00e4\u00e4b enamasti marginaal keskmiselt <strong>1,7 &#8211; 2,5%<\/strong> vahele, millele lisandub 6 kuu euribor. Marginaal s\u00f5ltub taas v\u00e4ga paljudest n\u00fcanssidest, ka laenusaaja enda finantsk\u00e4itumisest, \u00fcldisest majanduslikust olukorrast jne.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NB! Mitmed pangad soodustavad A-energiaklassi kodude ostmist ning annavad soodsamaid laenutingimusi (nt. marginaal 0% + 6 kuu euribor kaheks aastaks, lepingutasu 0 \u20ac jne). <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lisaks on suurele euribori %-le teinud pangad pakkumisi fikseeritud euriboriga. Tasub kindlasti uurida k\u00f5iki pakkumisi ning need korralikult l\u00e4bi m\u00f5elda.
