class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Saadud \u00fc\u00fcritulu tuleb deklareerida hiljemalt tulu saamisele j\u00e4rgneva aasta <strong>aprilli l\u00f5puks<\/strong> ning tulumaks tasuda <strong>1. oktoobriks<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Kui \u00fc\u00fcrileandjaks on eraisik, siis ta saab \u00fc\u00fcritulust maha arvata <strong>20%<\/strong> kulude katteks ning neid kulusid ei ole vaja dokumentaalselt t\u00f5endada.<\/p><p>Kui aga \u00fc\u00fcrnikuks on juriidiline isik ja \u00fc\u00fcrileandjaks eraisik, siis juriidiline isik peab ise \u00fc\u00fcrileandjale maksmisele kuuluvast \u00fc\u00fcrist maha arvama tulumaksu ning kandma selle <strong>Maksu- ja Tolliametile<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Sellisel juhul tuleb \u00fc\u00fcrileandjal ikkagi esitada tuludeklaratsioon, mille alusel tagastatakse talle <strong>20%<\/strong> \u00fc\u00fcritulult enammakstud tulumaks.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-229f676 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"229f676\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Kui \u00fc\u00fcrileandjaks on <strong>FIE<\/strong> (f\u00fc\u00fcsilisest isikust ettev\u00f5tja) ja \u00fc\u00fcrile andmine on tema ettev\u00f5tlustegevus, siis ta saab \u00fc\u00fcritulust maha arvata k\u00f5ik reaalselt tehtud kulud, kuid need kulud tuleb dokumentaalselt t\u00f5endada.<\/p><p>Ka FIE peab \u00fc\u00fcritulu
